We are the helpers.
SMCC staff are all smiles while SMCC serves as the Bay Hundred's food hub, as part of Talbot County's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

See more about how we are responding to COVID-19 on our news page here.

Trish Payne, Executive Director

Trish is a long-time resident of Talbot County and St. Michaels. She came to SMCC following a 28-year career in the financial industry. Trish also has enjoyed a lifetime of experience in the performing arts as an actress, dancer, singer, director, singer and even a professional clown!  She has always been involved and active in the community, and she continues to thrive on being of service in her hometown and the Bay Hundred area.
