Summer Youth Programs at SMCC!
Join us at the St. Michaels Community Center on Tuesdays for our new summer youth programs. See registration information below for both classes. Beginner Braiding Class Teacher: Tye Mack, owner of Hairapy Salon in Cambridge When: Every Tuesday*, 7/23 - 8/20, 1pm-3pm Contender eSports, a Modern Arcade When: Every Tuesday*, 7/23-8/20, 4pm-6pm Children can come in and play video games Art Class with Deborah Colburn When: Every Thursday, 7/25 - 8/22, 1pm-3pm Sock Hop with DJ Thomas Stanford When: Friday, August 2, 6pm-8pm Come have fun! Coming to SMCC this Fall: Future Pathways After-School Culinary ProgramStay tuned to learn more about this 8-week program for 6th - 8th graders in the Bay Hundred Area, taking place at SMCC beginning September 9th and presented in partnership with the Tilghman Area Youth Association.
Participants will learn new skills while having fun, with the program including hands-on cooking opportunities, healthy snacks, pick up service from St. Michaels Middle School to SMCC, plus more. For more information, please contact Liz Gonzalez at [email protected]. |
